Greenhouse tunnels built for Zimbabwean growers

We design, supply and install tunnels, net houses and drip irrigation, from a 6 m x 12 m hobby tunnel to commercial multispan.

Grow through the season, not just in it

A tunnel is a steel structure covered in plastic or net. Inside, you control the climate your crop grows in: the sun warms it, the cover keeps the weather off, and drip lines water each plant.

  • Grow through the season

Several harvests from the same ground in one season, which open-field growing cannot match.

  • Weather kept out

Protection from wind, hail, frost and strong sun.

  • Fewer pests and diseases

An enclosed crop is easier to protect, and safe from birds and pets.

  • Better yield and quality

Steadier conditions give higher yields and a more even, better-quality harvest.

    Plan the site

We work with you on a site layout plan and a structure design that suits your crop, your ground and the wind where you farm.

    Make the steel

Structures are manufactured from AA-grade steel, with slanted legs designed for high-wind areas. Growing height is 2.7 m.

    Deliver and build

The team transports and installs the structure, plastic included. Or build it yourself from a DIY kit, with phone support.

    Water the roots

A pump station and dripper lines deliver water and nutrients straight to each plant's root zone, with little wasted.

    Learn to grow in it

Onsite training covers water quality, tunnel management, floor plastic, planting bags and dripper lines, in theory and practice.
